Refund Policy

  1. Free Tier:
    No charges and therefore no refunds.

  2. Paid Subscriptions (Flowstate Solo & Pro):
    1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee – If you are not satisfied, email support@flowstate.cc within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal and we will issue a full refund.
    2. Requests after 30 days are assessed case-by-case for technical failures or billing errors.

  3. Partial Periods:
    We do not pro-rate unused time on monthly or annual plans outside the 30-day window.

  4. Chargebacks:
    Please contact us first to resolve any issue. Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in immediate suspension of your account.

  5. How to Request a Refund:
    1. Email team@flowstate.cc from the address used at checkout.
    2. Include your Paddle Order ID and reason for the request.
    3. Eligible refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  6. Currency Differences & Fees:
    Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency. Exchange-rate differences or bank fees are outside our control.
  7. Changes to This Policy:
    We may update this Refund Policy. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance on our website.
